🎪 C.I.R.C.U.S. – Erasmus + International Circus Youth Project
Join us for an exciting days of circus, creativity, cultural exchange and new friendships!
From 1-8 of September, young people from Mortensrud Sirkusskole will meet a group of young circus artists and trainers from France (La Carrière, Angers).
⭐ Participants in this project will have priority for future international opportunities, including a planned youth exchange to France in 2027 (subject to funding).
No previous circus experience is required – everyone aged 13–30 is welcome!
✨ What can you expect?
• Circus and physical theatre workshops
• Meeting young people from France
• Creative projects and artistic labs
• Festival visits and performances
• Food, fun and new friendships
• Opportunities to influence future international projects
📅 Main activities:
• 1–2 September kl. 17:00-20:00 – Artistic Labs (Sirkuspunkt / Sirkuslandsbyen)
• 3 September kl. 14:00-19:00 – Open Community Event at Lofsrud School
• 4 September kl. 17:00-20:00 – Artistic Lab at Mortensrud
• 5 September (hours to be confirmed) – Mortensrud Festival
• 6 September (hours to be confirmed) – Circus performances at Sirkuslandsbyen
• 7–8 September kl. 17:00-20:00 – Creative Labs and Learning Card Development
Participation is free.

This project is part of C.I.R.C.U.S. (Collaboration and Inclusion through Reflection on Civic Understanding in Society), an international collaboration between Mortensrud Sirkusskole and La Carrière (France).
