Welcome to the Falcon Juniors Summer Course booking system.  Please read the information below carefully (press View More button) before making your selections and if you have any additional questions you can contact us at the details below prior to make your booking. Please note we only offer sculling and not sweep rowing at the club.

1. Select your category of booking

• Non-Member - no existing membership connection to the club
• Falcon Member - any existing club member (including canoe, kayak or juniors with other family members in the club.  Also includes anyone on our 2025 waitlist - NOT the mailing list)
• Schools Group - existing member of Falcons School Outreach group (note the club is sponsoring a discount on the first course fee for these members)
• Wait List - if the course you want is not available select your option here and we will be in touch if anything becomes available.

Please note the number of available slots is not a live reflection of availability.  If a course is not available after booking we will refund in full and contact you to arrange an alternate option.

2. Select your course

If you complete one Novice course this year then you can opt to sign-up for a second course as either Novice or Experienced - our coaches will always ensure the tuition is tailored to the individual ability.  Later in the booking process you will be asked to provide some background on your experience and if we feel you have booked the wrong course we will be in touch.

Please note that we may add additional courses if there is demand (we will almost certainly add a second experienced course week beginning 17th August) so if the course you are interested in is full please select from the waitlist and we will contact you if spaces become available

3. Select Login Option

If you have previously registered your junior with the club (either as a member or just to join our mailing list) then select 'Login with your Spond Account' making sure to use the same parent email address that you signed up with. This will speed up the process of booking as we will not need to ask questions again.  Otherwise select 'Continue with one-time passcode'.

During the courses we will mainly use WhatsApp for day to day communications but we also recommend you download and login to the Spond app using the same parent email address.

4. Registration and Payment

Please complete all required fields for registration and review the terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making payment.  We accept all major debit and credit cards through our payments provider.  We do not accept childcare vouchers.

Please note that discounts for doing a second course are only applied automatically if you book all courses at the same time.  If you do decide to book a second course later (after they have had so much fun on the first one!) please book through  at full price and email us to refund the difference.

Cancellation policy: Our costs to provide coaches and equipment are fixed based on attendees.  We offer refunds for cancellations on the following basis:

• More than two weeks prior to course starting - 100% refund
  
• One-two weeks prior to course starting - 50% refund
• Less than one week prior to course starting - no refund

We do not offer discounts or refunds for missed sessions.  At our discretion we may offer refunds outside of the policy in exceptional circumstances.
