Bristol Canoe Club

Bristol Canoe Club was established in 1962 and today is a club for active Canoe and Kayak paddlers in the Bristol area. As at January 2026, we have around 160 adult members (and a few youth members). The club’s key disciplines are Canoe Polo, Touring (including sea & surf), Racing and White-water, where members also take part in regional and national competitions. Members also organise some continental trips, as well as many social events during the year. We organise formal beginner‘s courses during the summer on Bristol's iconic floating harbour.
