Some details for you to remember:

1. Please arrive 15 mins before the start of the sessions; 30 minutes before the first session if hiring a bike. You will need to complete our forms before you come.

2. Please bring gloves, water and any snacks you may need. Helmets are compulsory for the course; you can use your own or borrow one of ours.

3. The session will take place outdoors, at Kenton Recreation ground. Please dress appropriately for British Weather.

4. If you have your own bike, please bring it to the session.

5. Harrow Cycle Hub operates a no-cancellation policy.
