North Manchester tour to Rivington and Edgeworth

Manchester goes north!
Optional coffee and pastry at Companio in NQ (opens 8 am) before 9 am sharp departure from Manchester Victoria with anyone coming by train.
GPX now attached. 102 km and 1200 m climbing (though Ride with GPS sometimes lies). The elevation is concentrated in four climbs. The Ashworth Road climb is tough but beautiful and then we get to zoom down to the cafe after.
Two coffee stops, one at The Drop Off Cafe in Edenfield and one at Hive Bakehouse in Westhoughton.
I tested the first 30 km and Heaton Park, Asda Pilsworth or Iceland in Heywood are all places you could park and join the route (though you would have to figure out best way back to your car from bakery stop #2 in Westhoughton yourself).
