A low‑impact, non‑contact version of the game focused on fun, teamwork, and fun, did we mention fun? No running, no tackling – just great craic and gentle exercise.

📅 June Taster Sessions
In partnership with East Lothian Ageing Well and Rugby development we are launching with three FREE sessions to try it out:
- Thursday 4th June
- Thursday 11th June
- Thursday 18th June
⏰ Time: 7:00–7:45pm
🍻 Clubhouse open afterwards for a well‑earned refreshment and a chat.
We hope with interest, we’ll look to extend the sessions throughout the summer, so this is the perfect chance to get involved from the start.
